PCE is fully engaged in developing our designs and drawings using Building Information Modeling (BIM). PCE leverages the latest software and technology to develop construction drawings using Autodesk's RevitŪ and other intelligent building design platforms.
PCE will build your structure virtually thus minimizing the opportunity for fitment issues during construction. Our structural models can also be integrated with architectural and M/E/P models in order to ensure coordination as well as perform clash detection.
PCE also now integrates 3D scan point clouds into our design process. This technology allows modeling new construction around existing conditions in 3D space. PCE's streamlined process allows conceptual or progress review models to be quickly circulated to the project team using a standard web browser. This also creates the opportunity for clients to gain an understanding of the end product without having to interpret conventional 2D technical drawings. PCE will work with you to determine the appropriate Level of Development (LOD) for each particular BIM project.
